About Niyyara

A private, ad-free worship companion for Muslims, built with care by a small team.

Niyyara is a free iOS and Android app that helps Muslims keep up with their daily worship: accurate prayer times and azan, the full Quran with translation and recitation, Qibla direction, duas, the 99 Names, the Islamic calendar, and gentle reminders. It works offline, keeps your data on your device, and shows no advertising.

Why we built it

Most worship apps are cluttered with ads, upsells, and trackers, monetizing something that should never carry a price. We believe tools that help someone pray should not sell their attention or their data. Niyyara is our answer: a calm, complete companion that asks nothing in return. There is no subscription, no premium tier, and no advertising, and there never will be.

Who makes it

Niyyara is a product of Four Cents, an independent software studio. Our team designs, builds, and maintains the app and its content. Religious material in the app and on this site is compiled from established, authenticated sources, described in full on our editorial standards page.

A note on religious guidance

Niyyara is a practical tool, not a source of religious rulings. Where practice varies between schools of thought, we aim to note it.
